Maintenance of the different machinery and sub-assemblies is entered once in the RDM5000 system as well as all documents (manuals, graphics, digital pictures, checklists, etc.) that belong to a machine or machine group. All executed work orders and the accrued costs are centrally documented and stored in the RDM5000.
Machine status information is clearly arranged on the screen so that the responsible can see at a glance on which machine which sercie is due. He can plan in time and react if a maintenance is urgent or even a machine is standing still and needs immediate repair.

RDM5000 enables Just-in-time Maintenance - always when really necessary, never too early and never too late. RDM5000 is client/server application and is used in medium and large machine shops. All SCD-DM and SCD-II network adapters enable capturing machine data. RDM5000 therefore is the ideal enhancement for customers with DNC5000 or MTM/MDC in use. It also can be used independently from other Quinx applications.
