A reliable data transfer to and from machine tools is guaranteed by the smart network adapters with embedded DNC functionality. These adapters - proven in harsh industrial environment - allow remote access of programs right from the machine's keyboard and data transfer with the highest possible speed. You have the choice for:

- Cable-bound Ethernet - transfer safety guaranteed by TCP/IP protocol
- WLAN - Wireless LAN with TCP/IP protocol (same as cable-bound)

- NC program management by smart program identifications.
- Logical organisation of the part programs - according to the data organisation of your ERP system and independant from the cryptical NC program numbers - reduces considerably the effort of data handling, up to 90% of the usual! Moreover, Quinx DNC systems offer a maximum of ease of use due to automated workflows and require a minimum of user interventions. The system handles automatically all standard situations and operator intervention is only in exceptional cases required.
- Integrated document management: all documents (texts, graphics, digital pictures, Excel and AVI files, etc.) can easily associated by drag and drop to part programs. Therefore, Quinx DNC systems also are complete Production Information Systems!
- Automatic program comparison when modified part programs are saved. One single mouse click and you can see all differences.
- Detailled log that allows tracking of all transactions - have they happend from a PC or from a machine. This is important for ISO9001 and 13485 and FDA certification!
